Partner Employment Assistance Program (PEAP)

Partner Employment Assistance Program (PEAP)

Assisting ADF family members to find meaningful employment.

The Partner Employment Assistance Program (PEAP) acknowledges the dedication and sacrifices of ADF members and their families, as well as the unique challenges ADF partners encounter in maintaining a career while supporting their loved one’s service.

In partnership with a dedicated BUSY PEAP Advisor, you will create a Personalised Employability Package tailored to your specific employment needs.

A woman and a young girl are sitting at the kitchen table, smiling as they look at a laptop together. The woman is wearing glasses and a striped shirt. There is a cup of coffee on the table, with a stove visible in the background.

The PEAP program can be accessed via the Defence Member and Family Support website or you can email: partner.employment@defence.gov.au for more information and to be referred to The BUSY Group.
