The Job Search Preparation (JSP) Workshop is a two-day intensive program designed to help ADF members translate their skills, explore new opportunities, and prepare for the civilian job market.
Delivered by The BUSY Group’s ADF Transition Support Services, the workshop offers a blend of hands-on activities, coaching insights, and tools that help participants feel confident and job-ready.

How it Works
1. Book In via Referral
Once referred to the BUSY Group through one of the other programs, you’ll receive workshop dates and workshop details.
2. Online Delivery
Workshops are delivered live online over two consecutive days. To get the most out of the experience, full attendance on both days is essential. You’ll need a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a quiet space where you can engage without distractions.
3. Resources Provided
You’ll receive digital templates, workbooks, and access to additional support via the TESS Hub.
